Location near to shopping center, night market, food stall, and mrt :) I like also the hotel itself as family room is big, everyday will clean and changed all the slippers, water bottle, towel, and has 24hour coffee, tea and bread with variety of spread :) very happy to stay in this hotel will definetely recommend to my family and friends.

Some of the front desk staff specially 1 of the female staff didn’t get the name was so rude, just ask only something the way she answered back was so rude! U think this staff better terminate on this hotel coz the inage of the hotel will affect because of this 1 rude staff..

What was the highlight of Ximen 101 - S Hotel

I enjoyed my stay in ximen 101 . staff were very helpful since day1 up to the end of my stay.

The bed was very comfortable. bathroom was very clean and complete toiletries. The location of the place is accessible to all like restaurants , coffee shops(starbucks) groceries(7/11) and even in mrt station is just a walking distance. The staff very friendly and accomodating all my request like arrangement of transport service from airport to hotel as well as the package tour were all well managed and granted.

bathroom after shower was not able to drain all the water on the floor. only few channels in the tv were english mostly chinese channels.

Prime location! Low headroom but we didn't mind as we were out of the hotel most of the time.

Perfect location! Close to the MRT and very near the shopping district. There's a 7 Eleven just right across the hotel.

Staff weren't able to communicate well. We had to do a lot of pointing at words and/or pictures.

Convenient location,neat and tidy

The staff were helpful, the room was clean. Free coffee/tea facilities in lobby and you can make your own toast for free as well. Short walk to train station and ximending market where there are lots of food options. There are convenience stores and bakeries near the hotel as well.

Wi-Fi could be faster. Sound proofing can be improved - our room was on the lower floor, facing the main road so we can hear the traffic.

Location was really really good.

The room carpet looks old and room size was kinda small. And there's this one front desk staff who does'nt know the word "smile". She's always grumpy and not friendly at all.

Recommend for those who come for free and easy

Staff is super friendly and very helpful while we request. We book two room for 6 and thanks the hotel arrange our room next to each other. Room is clean and item provide is more than basic such as shaver.

I having problem with the wifi connection. It will auto disconnect after a while.

It's the first time I live there, easy to find food in Xiemending.

The shower is strong. Have customer service from Hong Kong. Easy to have food around.

The door need big force to shut (Room 201). No amazing facilities. Relatively dim even all light turn on.

Situated at Ximending, where there is a lot of eating and shopping places. Price is reasonable for a small family like mine to stay for a few days. 24 hours coffee, basic drink and bread, which is basic but very convenient for travellers.

i stay at first floor. Can see that the carpet is very very old and dirty. On the last day of our stay, my 4 year old daughter actually spotted a small centipede in the room, about 2.5cm long. i don't know how it gets there. The carpet near the fridge and shower wall is wet, maybe leaking from shower wall.

Location, foods and convenient stores are everywhere. Water pressure was superb.

Rather small room,lack of maintenance. Not very clean, air-con dripping, no shower curtain, snack bar is dirty as flies and ants managed to get into the food

Staying there with my family frm 18 to 21 dec 2018. The room was small,n there r only 3 sockets in my room. Only 2 can b use by very loose. The wifi connection very poor. We have to take turn charge handphone. The bedsheet not clean also. We came back with rashesToilet n room only give paper cup?? Staffs worst... never greet guests even they see u walk in. Last day of stay there we ask the recipient (a young man w piercing on his lip,look like taking drug) told him our flight time n terminal number to help us call for taxi. Must repeat 3 times. N he still cannot remember. Will not go back or recommend to other friends. Disappointed w this hotel. From singapore.
